PARADICE RINKS will make every effort to have product in stock when you place your order and will provide next business day processing and shipping for items in stock. PARADICE RINKS has selected UPS, FEDEX, and USPS as our preferred carriers. Refused packages that are sent back to PARADICE RINKS are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Transit times are based on Minneapolis, MN ship from location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International packages may incur duties or brokerage fees based on the tax law for your country. This is not an PARADICE RINKS fee. Placing an order confirms your understanding and willingness to comply with your country’s import tax rules.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. IN the rare event that your package is damaged in transit, indicate damage when you sign for the shipment. It is very important that you retain all packaging. Please contact PARADICE RINKS immediately to report any damaged shipments.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order we will contact you via email to keep it on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. All backordered items incur freight when they are shipped. If you do not wish us to backorder items for you, please let us know at the time you place your order.

PARADICE RINKS assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind related to misuse, improper installation and improper application of any parts in any way by any person. PARADICE RINKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER TO BUYER, USER, OR BYSTANDER ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF ANY PARADICE RINKS PRODUCTS. NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO THE PRODUCT'S ABILITY TO PROTECT THE USER FROM INJURY OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES THAT RISK.
RETURNS
All returns must receive authorization within 30 days of invoice date. Any items returned past 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection. Returned merchandise must be unused and in resaleable condition. Returned items needing repackaging are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED WITH AN RA NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DATE RETURN AUTHORIZATION ISSUED.
WARRANTY POLICY
PARADICE RINKS warrants its products to be free of defects in material and manufacturing for 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the PARADICE RINKS product in question only, and does not cover labor or any other part or component that may incur damage as a result of a defective PARADICE RINKS part. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective part to PARADICE RINKS. PARADICE RINKS reserves the right to determine if the part has been subject to normal wear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration, and all such determination shall be final.
All warranty claims will be handled directly by PARADICE RINKS. To obtain service under this warranty please contact PARADICE RINKS for return authorization. Retail customers must provide proof of purchase within 90 days for warranty to be honored.
